I have two Toddlers. They love sweets and I give them their treats, but I have some summer tricks too!

Here are our fave treats, Disguised as guilty indulgence, I am sly and full of sneakiness at the squealing delight of the kids when they see the pudding cups! HA HA HA - I fooled them AGAIN!!

Choco-Nana Pudding
  1. banana
  2. 1 Avocado
  3. 1/2 cup coco powder
  4. 2 tbspn of coconut oil
  5. 1 tbspn of Maple syrup (or another liquid sweetner, adjust to taste
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
Blend well, I use my only kitchen star and much loved Vita-Mix xoxox (hi five to my Vita, Love ya!!!)

Banana Ice Cream
  1. Frozen Bananas
Blend well, and eat - Seriously rivals any Frozen yogurt!!! and is WAY Healthier!!

Look for recipes of Chai versions, I like cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices on top. mmmm going to make some now.

We experiment with frozen fruits, using berries, mangoes, grapes, even cashews and hempseeds!! Sometimes, when there is a hint of extra sneakiness in me, I throw a leaf of Kale in the blender. No one can ever tell, especially if I load up the berries or sneak some in the pudding. MWA HA HA!! (insert sneaky laugh here)

That leaves me to say, Kale Smoothies are gonna get blogged on ASAP!!!!
