Dr. Bruce Lipton is a Medical Professor and Cellular Biologist, His work is revolutionary! This Video was made for promotion of EFT, a popular type of Energy Psychology. His explanation of the process, and what is happening at a cellular level is precise, refined and pretty near perfect. Reading or listening to his books is something I almost force my clients to do. This is a great snippet if you are into expanding your concept of healing!!
His research is proving the scientific grounds in all types of energetic, shamanic, TCM, Homeopathic Healing.
Energy Psycology in My Practice
I use various methods of tapping to access the subconscious tape - I have been trained in WHEE a modality I talk about here in an earlier blog post, (my first experience with WHEE removed my carpal tunnel syndrome)
I have not trained specifically in EFT, but have practiced using it and find the mantra to be similar to most other energy psychology techniques out there. There are a lot of versions, and a lot of different tapping points.
I find that Bodytalk can point me into the specific tapping and Mantra requested by my clients innate healing, or subconscious. I will also identify links that are required and supporting hand or tapping positions.
I am constantly researching and learning new techniques for healing energetically, and see all processes I learn about are being used in my daily practice with clients.
